I offer real estate photography services on the central coast. My rates are as follows:

Homes up to 1500 sq ft…..$175 (15-30 photos)

Homes from 1500 - 3000 sq ft…..$250 (30+ photos)

Homes greater than 3000 sq ft …..$350 (45+ photos)

I provide two sets of photos: a lower resolution set for CRMLS and a higher resolution set for print.
